A Clear 8-Step Path from Concept to Production

From discovery and custom design to commissioning and training, our proven process minimizes implementation risks and ensures you achieve target specifications quickly.

1) Initial Consultation

Share your recycling goals, feedstock details, and output specifications. We'll clarify requirements, align on objectives, and define the next steps for your project.

2) Solution Design & Proposal

Based on your requirements, we design a custom-integrated recycling line. You'll get a detailed technical proposal outlining capacity, modules, utilities, layout, and performance metrics.

3) Quotation & Commercials

Receive transparent pricing for the tailored solution, with clear inclusions/exclusions and a projected delivery window to facilitate your planning and approval process.

Signing and formalizing the partnership to kick off the project

4) Contract & Partnership

Once the proposal is approved, we finalize the scope, terms, and responsibilities. This officially launches the project and establishes a clear process for any future changes.

5) Deposit & Project Kick-off

Upon signing, we issue the initial invoice. Your payment secures a production slot and kicks off detailed engineering, procurement of long-lead items, and master scheduling.

6) Engineering & Manufacturing

Your custom line is built to spec in 30–90 days, depending on complexity. Rigorous Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Quality Control (QC) validate all mechanical, electrical, and control systems before shipment.

7) Installation & Commissioning

Our certified technicians manage on-site assembly, alignment, and commissioning. We integrate all systems, fine-tune processing recipes, and verify throughput and quality to ensure peak performance from day one.
