PET Bottle Washing & Recycling Line
Fully automatic PET bottle recycling line that converts dirty bales into clean, low‑moisture PET flakes for polyester staple fiber or pelletizing. Standard 500–2,000 kg/h (custom up to 3,000 kg/h).
High‑Purity PET Flakes
Removes labels, caps, glues, oils, and organics for >99% PET purity (material dependent).
Low Moisture, Ready for Pelletizing
High‑speed dewatering plus thermal drying achieve ≤0.5% typical final moisture.
Lower Operating Costs
Closed‑loop water circuits and optimized thermal sections reduce utilities and OPEX.
Fast, Safe Commissioning
Pre‑wired modules, guarded access, and intuitive HMI minimize install time and improve uptime.

See the PET Bottle Washing Line in Action
Watch how baled PET bottles move through every automated stage: debaling, trommel pre‑sort, wet granulation, label separation, float‑sink separation, hot and friction washing, dewatering, and thermal drying. See operators monitor loads, levels, and alarms on the HMI to keep output stable and consistent.
- Float‑sink separation retains PET flakes while reliably rejecting labels and caps.
- Hot wash plus friction scrubbing delivers high purity with low water usage.
- Real‑time HMI insights accelerate troubleshooting and protect uptime.
End‑to‑End PET Bottle Washing
Designed for baled PET bottles, our line combines mechanical, thermal, and hydrodynamic cleaning to remove labels, caps, glues, organics, and fines. Each project is engineered to your feedstock and purity goals, with optional hot wash and chemical dosing to tackle stubborn adhesives and residues. Typical process: Bales → Debaler → Trommel → Wet Granulator (12–18 mm) → Air Label Separator → Float‑Sink (PET sinks, PP/PE floats) → Hot Washer → Friction Washer → High‑Speed Dewatering → Thermal Dryer + Cyclone → Silo.
Debaling & Pre‑Sort
Debaler breaks bales; trommel removes fines and small contaminants before size reduction.
Wet Granulation (12–18 mm)
Open‑rotor knives with in‑chamber spray produce uniform PET flakes while reducing friction.
Smart Separation
Air label separator removes films/paper; float‑sink tanks separate PET from PP/PE caps and labels.
Hot & Friction Wash
Boiling hot wash sterilizes and removes glues/grease; friction washer scrubs and rinses flakes.
Input Material
Baled post‑consumer PET bottles with PP/PE caps and labels.
Flake Size
12–18 mm typical, screen‑controlled in the wet granulator.
Final Moisture
≤0.5% after thermal drying (typical, material dependent).
Flake Purity
≥99% PET after separation and hot wash (typical, feed dependent).
Control System
Central electric control panel with touchscreen HMI, VFDs, and alarm history.
Water & Filtration
Closed‑loop rinsing, adjustable overflow on float tanks, and inline filtration to reduce consumption.
Construction
304 stainless tanks with wear‑resistant blades and sealed bearings for abrasive duty.
Downstream Integration
Feeds directly to Rumtoo Machine pelletizing/extrusion or bagging/silo systems.
